Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi was spotted in Blantyre on Friday afternoon.
The Someone You Loved singer popped into Cakes By Rebecca, for some sweet treats.
Staff were just about to shut up shop the popular cake shop, when the singer arrived and staff hailed him a "true gentleman".
Shop owner Rebecca Henderson told Lanarkshire Live : "Lewis spoke to my mum Jacqueline and Jade Madden, they were the only two left as we were just locking up.
"Jade is a big fan so this really made her day.
"My mum said he was a true gentleman. He left with some cakes we really hope he enjoyed them?"
It was the icing on the cake for the staff as Lewis agreed to pose for pictures with them including Rebecca's mum as he left with two bags of treats filled full to the brim.
Fans of the star were excited to see that he had stopped by and posted comments on social media.
One fan said: "I am greeting. Literally just missed him."
Another said: "No way! That's so cool!"
Just last weekend Lanarkshire Live reported how diners in Bothwell were surprised after another celebrity stopped by for a meal.
Footballing legend Sir Alex Ferguson paid a visit to Rosso and was only too happy to pose for photographs with staff after his meal.
