Law firm Addleshaw Goddard’s corporate team in Scotland has revealed it advised on the completion of more than a deal a day in December.
The 30 significant transactions including the investment in telecoms and IT services provider Commsworld by Lloyds Banking Group's private equity house LDC and the acquisition of Edinburgh-based Flow Hospitality Training by Rhode Island-based Providence Strategic Growth.
