Glentoran to wear new 'one-off' home kit in Irish Cup final

Glentoran will wear a new 'one-off' 2020/21 home kit in Friday's Sadler's Peaky Blinder Irish Cup final.

The Glens take on Ballymena United in the blue riband decider at Windsor Park.

Ballymena have confirmed they are sticking with their burgundy jersey for the game, a kit the club got designed for European competition last summer.

Glentoran launched their new home kit last month, and have confirmed they will wear a special edition of the jersey on Friday.

"As well as progressing on the pitch, Glentoran has been busy off the pitch in preparation for Friday nights Irish Cup Final," the East Belfast club said on its website.

"One-off Home 20/21 jerseys are being prepared for the Final on Friday night to include the following,

  • Tribute to NHS
  • Embroidered Irish Cup Final Match Details
  • Peaky Blinders sponsor logo
  • Player name and number

"We are offering fans the opportunity to sponsor these special shirts at a price of £200 for a match worn shirt and £175 for a match prepared shirt.

"You will not be able to pick a specific player shirt, all shirt sponsors will be entered into a draw. The draw will take place on Friday 31st July.

"To sponsor please email  superstore@glentoran.com "
