Mick McDermott insists he will keep demanding more from his players despite their 6-1 demolition of Dungannon Swifts on Saturday .
Glentoran ran riot at the Oval, with Robbie McDaid bagging a hat-trick and Paul O'Neill scoring twice.
Hrvoje Plum added the sixth to complete a resounding win for the Glens, who move level on points with Linfield in the Danske Bank Premiership.
Despite the emphatic score, McDermott said there were some elements to the performance that needed work on.
"To be honest, I wasn't happy with the 90-minute performance, but there were some great moments in it," he said.
"Any time you score that amount of goals in a match is a positive thing so I'm happy with the result.
"I'm happy with the way we got the goals and the quality of the goals which came from different areas of the pitch but there are still a lot of things to work on. We have belief in this team."
McDermott insisted he will continue demanding more from his players, with Glentoran sitting fifth in the table.
"It's not my job to be content," he added.
"I want more in terms of performance. Even after a result like this, you could see some of the players in the dressing room and they weren't content - they want to do better."
