Glenn Hoddle believes Raheem Sterling has become a better player since leaving Liverpool for Manchester City.
The City forward left Anfield back in 2015 after a reported contract dispute and has gone on to make over 200 appearances for the Manchester club.
Sterling scored for City in their Boxing Day win over Leicester after tucking away a penalty in the first half to extend City’s lead at the top of the Premier League.
Tottenham legend Hoddle praised the work City boss Pep Guardiola has done with the England international, resulting in Sterling adding more goals to his game.

“At Liverpool, he wasn’t a great goal scorer,” Hoddle told Premier League Productions as City moved six points clear at the top of the league.
“He’s not a clean striker of the ball, not many goals do you see him hitting from 25 yards.
“Pep’s got him coming in and arriving. He’s always on the move but it’s six, seven yards out.
“He’s getting his goals in there, so the timing of his runs now are much, much better. He’s more astute in his movement now than when he first went to Man City.”
