Tottenham great Glenn Hoddle has hailed Harry Kane after his remarkable goal to open the scoring at Leicester City.
Son Heung-min's backheel allowed Kane to go through on goal in the penalty box in the first half but the England star lost his balance following attention from the Leicester defence.
However, the 26-year-old managed to take a touch with his left foot whilst falling which put the ball in front of him, before he produced a fantastic right-footed finish despite lying on the floor by that point.
It was not the most beautiful goal but it's one of the most ingenious efforts you'll see all season, with Hoddle lavishing praise on Kane.
"My word what a finish that is. He is fouled and on his way down and he still has the guile and the ability to make contact with the ball and put it in the top corner," Hoddle explained during BT Sport's coverage of the contest.
"He gets shoved and manages to drag it with his left foot and then manages to play it into the ground and then past (Kasper) Schmeichel.
"You won't see a better goal. You can't replicate that on a training ground.
"That's why finishing is a one-off."
