Glaswegians bewildered by creepy Blair Witch-style stick statues popping up in parks

Glaswegians have been left bewildered by creepy Blair Witch-style stick statues that have been popping up on the south side of the city.

One local noticed a serious of piles of sticks, stacked in a wigwam formation, in a patch of grass while walking through a quiet area of Linn Park near the White Cart Water.

And they have joined other similar structures spotted over the past few days within Pollok Park and Queen's Park over the past few days.

Those who have seen the photos posted on social media have been suitable spooked out by the creepy statues that have a real air of the stick figures from the Blair Witch Project.

One person said they "immediately got Midsommar vibes" in reference to the 2019 folk horror movie, while another said jokingly that "weans are getting too spooky".

Anyone any ideas as to what they are?
