Glaswegian leaves handwritten note in park asking 'topless guy who drinks Tennent's every day' to get in touch

Social distancing is disturbing almost everything about our daily lives - including the dating lives of the singletons out there.

But that hasn't stopped one Glaswegian from attempting to hook up with someone who's caught their eye.

The brave local is keen to get in touch with a man they have spotted drinking Tennent's "every day" on a park bench.

And they have left a handwritten note, stuck to the bench with what looks like masking tape, with their number on it.

The letter was spotted this morning around 7am in Alexandra Park in Dennistoun..

It reads: "To the topless guy who sits here every day drinking Tennent's, you've caught my eye...drop me a message on Whatsapp if you like x"

The note left on the park bench in Dennistoun (Daniel Slattery)

The author has signed off the note with a love heart and a kiss and has included their number for the mystery swally merchant to get in touch.

We at Glasgow Live love a happy ending and would love to see if the person who left the note receives a response from their fancy piece!

Are you the mystery park bench Tennent's drinker?
