‘Glastonbury for bikers’ launches this month, with UK’s biggest motorcycle festival

London motorcyclists seeking to escape the confines of low traffic neighbourhoods, 20 mph limits and congestion will be heading to the world’s largest motorcycle festival this month.

The ABR (Adventure Bike Rider) extravaganza is described as the UK’s ultimate celebration of motorcycle adventure, with purpose-built off-road tracks, lectures, music, food, workshops, displays, demonstrations and more.

Centred on Warwickshire’s Ragley Hall estate - a two hour ride from the capital - festival-goers get the chance to experience test rides from every major motorcycle manufacturer, with hundreds of models available to ride on and off-road, from June 27 - 29

A line-up of more than 45 inspiring speakers including motorcycling icons such as round-the-world rider and YouTube sensation Itchy Boots, expert rider and filmmaker Adam Riemann, and Isle of Man TT and Dakar legend, James Hillier, will be on hand to inform and entertain.

The festival includes three full days of live music, off-road thrills, world-class riding displays, street food and camaraderie.

The organisers say that the festival is pitched to cater for both curious newcomers and those who have ridden, on and off-road, for years, offering fresh opportunities to learn tips and tricks from leading experts with like-minded people.

Every major motorcycle manufacturer will be on-site, offering demo rides across the weekend, giving ticket holders the chance to test out the latest bikes on a mix of different on-road routes and 50km of dedicated off-road trails, for riders of all abilities.

Stage struck

Expert motorcycle adventurers, racers and leading motorcycle content creators will take to four stages throughout the ABR Festival weekend.

At the Phoenix Trails Off-Road Training Zone, expert instructors from England’s largest motorcycle training provider will help festival goers gain new skills and confidence, before heading off onto the rough stuff.

Festival-goers will also be able to watch world’s best riders performing what are claimed to be ‘jaw-dropping’ stunts and displays, at the GoPro Arena.

Over 20 live music acts – including the UK’s top tribute and party bands – will play across three stages, while over 60 global street food vendors will cater for all tastes, too. Free tea and coffee will be available each morning at the Mitas Pit Stops, keeping campers well fuelled.

With more than 150 retailers and exhibitors on site, ticket holders will find the latest motorcycle kit, accessories and tech on display to browse and buy.

Scenic setting

Previously described as ‘Glastonbury for bikers’, the ABR Festival organisers say they aim to welcome everyone, regardless of motorcycle type, including those who don’t ride at all, to the scenic setting of Ragley Hall.

Weekend tickets for the full three-day event, including two nights of camping, are available from £179pp. Friday day tickets have sold out, along with the Trail Passes, but limited Saturday day tickets are available from £79pp, and parking for cars, vans and campervans can be booked from £29 per vehicle. Tickets will not be available to purchase on the gate.

“Every year the ABR Festival grows, but we never lose sight of why we started – when I decided to launch the ABR Festival I was determined to provide our guests with the best venue, services and entertainment possible. I wanted all festival goers to have the best possible long weekend with plenty of ‘wow’. 2025 will provide the most ‘wows’ yet, and I can’t wait to welcome thousands of riders to Ragley Hall this June.”
