Glastonbury Festival is fast approaching but with the recent heavy rain many music fans will be panicking over what the will be.
This week has seen ongoing showers across the country - but are they set to clear up in time for Glastonbury which kicks off on Wednesday, June 26?
The good news is, the Met Office weather forecast for Shepton Mallet, which is home to Glastonbury’s famous Worthy Farm site, is looking better for the end of the month.
After some more persistent showers on Sunday, the forecast is set to become brighter and warmer into next week, meaning the ground should dry out ahead of the festival.
By the time Glastonbury kicks off, the Met Office outlook for the area is better still.
The forecast reads: “As we head into the final week of June, there are signs that high pressure may dominate, bringing a greater chance of more widely settled and warm weather.”
Unfortunately for those watching Glastonbury from home in Liverpool, the windy and wet weather is more likely to continue in the north west, although we should see some dry spells.
