Glastonbury has revealed when it’s 2020 tickets go on sale.
This year it could be even harder than ever to get your hands on tickets as the festival celebrates its 50th anniversary next summer.
Glastonbury 2020 is set to be bigger and better than ever when it returns to Worthy Farm in Somerset from June 24 to 28.
Tickets are known to sell out quickly - last year they sold out in under 40 minutes, so you’ll have to be fast to avoid disappointment this time around.
When do tickets go on sale for Glastonbury?
Tickets for Glastonbury Festival’s 50th anniversary go on sale at the start of October.
Coach and ticket packages will be on sale from 6pm on Thursday, October 3.
General admission tickets will follow at 9am on Sunday, October 6.
How much do the tickets cost?
Tickets cost £265 per person, plus a £5 booking fee.
Festival goers will be required to pay a £50 deposit when booking their tickets in October, with the full balance due in the first week of April 2020.
Tickets will be available exclusively via www.glastonbury.seetickets.com .
How do you register for Glastonbury?
To avoid ticket touting, Glastonbury Festival requires all guests to register online.
Registering is free of charge and only takes a few minutes - you can do it via www.glastonburyregistration.co.uk .
Registration closes at 5pm on Monday, September 30 2019.
If you have already registered in previous years, there is no need to re-apply.
