Glasgow woman goes viral after being 'held hostage' by huge stalker swan

A Glasgow woman being 'stalked' by a swan trying to get into her house has gone viral on Tiktok.

Tiktok user Siobhán posted the clip of the angry bird who was trying to get in her front door, reports the Daily Record.

The mum-of-two filmed the swan even standing in front of her car as she tried to pull out of her driveway, and later blocking her car on the road.

In the video, which has been viewed more than 47,000 times, she asks the bird "What’s your problem big man?", and "Are you going to just stand at the door as if that’s normal?" along with the caption, ‘My life is a joke’.

Later, as the swan blocks her car on the road, Siobhan is heard saying "Excuse me pal, this is a joke. I'm literally being held hostage by a swan".

It appears the fitness instructor eventually grew fond of the animal as she posted later videos of her going to the supermarket to buy it some food.

But when she presented the bowl of cabbage, lettuce, and cucumber, the swan hissed at her and tipped it over.

Siobhán videos have raked in hundreds of likes and comments with Tiktok users in stitches over the bizarre love-hate friendship.

One person said: ”The swan is showing TV licence man behaviour.”

A second person said: “That swan loves you!”

A third person said: “It’s got anger issues, must be a Scottish swan!”

A fourth person said: “I am now invested in this swan."
