Glasgow woman found dead at home and police desperate to find her family

Police are trying to trace the family of a woman found dead at her home in Glasgow.

Paula Weatherburn passed away in Croftfoot Drive and her body was discovered on Tuesday and officers say they are anxious to hear from her relatives.

The 45-year-old's death is not being treated as suspicious and an appeal issued today explains that Paula previously lived in Ayrshire.

It explains: "There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death. Anyone who has knowledge of Paula’s relatives is asked to contact the Administration department, London Road police office."
