As ever in Glasgow the weather has been a hot topic of conversation, following on from the meteorological rollercoaster that was Friday's sunshine 27C highs followed by heavy rain.
Some more brolly-worthy weather will be coming our way on Tuesday and into Wednesday unfortunately, alongside some pretty strong winds to boot.
But the good news is that the warmer weather will be making a welcome return in time for the weekend, with the Met Office forecast for Glasgow predicting sunny spells and highs of 21°.
A mixture of sunny and cloudy spells will greet us on Thursday and Friday, with temperatures rising as southerly winds become established and bring very warm air northwards from the continent.

And for Saturday and Sunday, the city is set to be treated to sunny intervals in the morning before the clouds make an appearance as we head into the afternoon, although on Saturday evening it should be bright and sunny again - with a high if 19° and sun predicted for 7pm.
Into next week, there's also the possibility that Glasgow and Strathclyde will be treated to some further warm weather.
While, making their predictions for the period Saturday August 8 to Monday August 17 for the whole of the UK, the Met Office say: "Over the weekend, there should be a good deal of sunny and very warm weather across the UK, with the hottest conditions likely to be in the southeast.
"Most places will be dry, although there is a small risk that some isolated thunderstorms may break out, especially across the south of the UK. Moving into the following week, a fair amount of dry, bright and warm weather looks likely for much of the UK with a possibility of some further very warm weather, especially in the southeast.
"More changeable, breezy interludes with some rain or showers are possible at times in the period, more especially for the northwest of the UK where temperatures will be nearer normal."
