Glasgow weather: Snow flurries forecast for two days this week in city

An updated weather forecast has been issued for Glasgow - and it looks like snow, sleet and hail are all on the cards this week.

Accuweather predicts snow to fall in Glasgow tomorrow (Wednesday 9 February) and skies to say 'fairly cloudy' throughout the day.

Unfortunately we wouldn't get your hopes up for big snowy walks tomorrow, as only 0.3 cm of snow is expected to land.

As for tomorrow night, Accuweather predicts 'mostly cloudy with a passing shower'.

Over on BBC Weather we have a conflicting forecast, with sleet and a fresh breeze predicted instead of snow - however at 6pm they've hinted at a touch of snowfall until 4am.

Thursday 10 February also divides the forecasters, with a blend of sun and clouds 'with a couple of flurries of snow' expected by Accuweather.

BBC Weather, however, predicts some serious hail fall, with Glasgow starting the day by being pelted from 7am - 9am.

Either way, it looks like we're going to need to wrap up for the rest of the week here in Glasgow.
