It's a matter of hours now until Santa slides down the chimney, Christmas is just around the corner.
And although there's not much that can get in the way of you enjoying the most wonderful time of the year, it certainly makes it that little bit better when you pull back the curtains to reveal a frosty, festive Christmas morning.
Last week, we reported on the Met Office forecast which suggests there'll be no snow this December 25, dreams of a white Christmas quickly dashed.
But what about the rest of the week? For those of you with some last minute present shopping to do, or perhaps travelling across the city on Christmas Eve, here's what kind of weather you can expect.
Monday, 23rd
Glasgow is set to be greeted by heavy rain on Monday morning, due to last until mid afternoon. Then, we can look forward to sunny spells and a dry evening. Top temperature 8C.
Christmas Eve
There may be a little overnight rain, but by the time you get out of bed on Tuesday morning, the wet weather will have passed, making way for a dry day throughout. Maximum temperature 6C.
Christmas Day
No snow, but it will be a sunny morning for you to enjoy while seeing what Santa's brought you. And it will remain dry throughout Christmas Day, likely feeling a little frosty and festive, with a top temperature of 5C.
Boxing Day
A similarly dry day on Boxing Day, however, there may be some scattered showers in the early evening. Maximum temperature 5C.
Friday, 27th
There may be some overnight rain, yet, again it should be a relatively dry day, albeit with a 50 per cent chance of some rain late afternoon into the evening. Top temperature 6C.
Saturday, 28th
There's no rain forecast for Saturday on what's expected to be another dry day throughout. Again, it will be cold, with a maximum temperature of 7C.
