Weather forecasters last night warned thick fog and mist could blanket Glasgow today, causing potential disruption for drivers.
The Met Office predicts many of us all will be greeted by the fog when we draw open the curtains this morning, with the wintry weather arriving in the early hours.
Although the fog is expected to lift late morning, we can expect mist to arrive by the time the sun goes down later in the afternoon.
Visibility is also forecast to be 'very poor', with drivers urged to take care on the roads.
With less than a month to go to Christmas, it's getting a lot colder too. Temperatures are expected to dip to just 2C in our city at 9am this morning and will peak at a mere 5C late on in the day.
The Met Office's forecast for the Strathclyde region says: "Freezing fog patches will be slow to disperse. Otherwise a fine, dry, cold day with plenty of sunshine and light winds."
As it stands, there's also more mist forecast for the weekend, on Saturday morning, with another dry, but chilly day expected.
