Adam Beard captains the Ospreys in Glasgow as they look to bounce back from last week's west Wales derby defeat.
Despite leading late on at Parc y Scarlets, they snatched defeat from the jaws of victory against the Scarlets in a disappointing turn of events.
Toby Booth will be hopeful of avoiding a repeat performance - with the Ospreys naming a strong pack for the trip to Scotstoun.
In the backline, Gareth Anscombe starts at fly-half, while Mat Protheroe returns to the wing.
On the bench, Lloyd Ashley will make his 150th appearance if called upon.
Glasgow haven't played since December 18, with both of their festive derbies against Edinburgh postponed due to covid outbreaks.
Ospreys Head coach Booth said: “I know Danny Wilson well, have known him a long time and know what his teams are about. Glasgow have recruited exceptionally well since the last time we played them.
“We know they have had Covid issues, but he is a good friend of mine and his teams are always very well prepared and well organised. They are the team that statistically holds onto the ball more than any other side.
“We know it will be an arm wrestle and we are looking forward to the challenge on a pitch that you know is going to be good under foot, it’s a chance for both teams to go for it.”
