Glasgow train disruption - signal fault causing delays and cancellations to and from city

Train passengers in and out of Glasgow are facing disruption this morning to their commute after a signal fault was detected at Corkerhill station.

ScotRail say the issue is preventing trains from leaving their depot on the Paisley Canal line, causing them to suspend services their Glasgow Central to Paisley Canal services.

This signalling fault is also causing disruption to routes from Glasgow Central to East Kilbride, Kilmarnock, Gourock and Wemyss Bay.

Disruption is expected to last until at least 11am this morning.

Traffic information site Inrix suggests that tickets being accepted on local bus routes.
