Commuters are facing traffic chaos heading in and out of Glasgow after two smashes.
A collision on the M74 near Rutherglen at around 7:30am on Friday morning has sparked delays.
It's understood it's a 'multi-vehicle' crash that has taken place on the busy motorway this morning.
Traffic Scotland warned motorists traffic is slowing on approach.
Only one lane is still in use for drivers heading northbound. Lanes two and three are currently blocked at J1A.
It's not yet known if anyone has been injured in the crash.
Traffic is also queuing on M80 northbound after a smash that blocked two lanes.
It's unclear how many vehicles were involved in the accident or if anyone was hurt.
While all lanes have now reopened, drivers are being hit with delays.
