Drivers heading towards Glasgow from Dumbarton and Loch Lomond have been met with traffic chaos this morning due to the closure of the A82 (Great Western Road).
The busy road has been shut in the southbound direction due to an accident involving an overturned tractor at Dunglass roundabout.
Traffic information site INRIX issued an alert over the road closure, which read: "A82 Great Western Road Southbound closed, queueing traffic due to overturned tractor from the car dealership (Milton) to Dunglass Roundabout (Bowling)."

Traffic Scotland are advising drivers to use an alternative route for the moment.
They have also confirmed that police are in attendance to direct traffic, which is building on approach and causing delays of around 25 minutes.
Police Scotland confirmed to Glasgow Live that the driver was taken to hospital for treatment.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to a report of one vehicle road crash at the Dunglass Roundabout, Milton, around 9:55am on Monday, 18 July, 2022.
“Emergency services attended and driver was taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley for treatment."
