The King's Theatre in Glasgow has broken its silence after a hit musical was cancelled on its opening night.
Here&Now: The Steps Musical was set to take place at 7.30pm last night at the city centre theatre.
However, the show was cancelled amid "technical difficulties".

Now, The King's Theatre has taken to Facebook to provide a major update after the incident.
The theatre said: "Please note all remaining performances of Here & Now – The Steps Musical at the King's Theatre are scheduled to go ahead as planned."
The show is set to run until Saturday, September 20 at the King's.

One attendee said yesterday: "When I arrived at 7.20pm the staff were not letting anyone in.
"Hundreds of people were queuing outside.
"It got to 7.30pm and we have just been told that the whole show has been cancelled due to technical difficulties. I was shocked.
"Everyone is now walking away from the theatre raging."
Pictures were also provided, showing huge queues outside the venue.
The Glasgow Times has reported an email sent to customers regarding last night's performance.
The theatre said it will send yesterday's attendees a full credit voucher worth the entire cost of their original booking including fees.
Alternatively, attendees can exchange their tickets, or get a refund for your ticket, excluding the transaction fee and any Ticket Refund Protection you may have purchased.
The King's Theatre has been contacted for comment.
