Glasgow tenements spied in trailer for Netflix's new all-star short film collection

Glasgow is to play a starring role in a new Netflix short film collection which airs next week.

Filmed during the lockdown, Homemade has brought together acclaimed filmmakers from across the globe to make a diverse, genre-spanning collection of short films.

It boasts an all-star list of directors, with shorts from the likes of Twilight's Kristen Stewart, The Dark Knight's Maggie Gyllenhaal and 'Jackie' filmmaker Pablo Larraín.

Each film in the anthology was made in quarantine using only the equipment each filmmaker had at his or her disposal - with no crews and no budget.

And Glasgow features in it thanks as the location of a short from esteemed director David McKenzie, who made the Oscar-nominated Hell or High Water and Robert the Bruce drama Outlaw King.

The trailer for the short film collection, which comes out on Tuesday (June 30) features a shots of a row of Glasgow tenements on a west end street on two occasions.

It comes after the city also featured in shots for the trailer of new Will Ferrell movie Eurovision Song Contest - The Story of Fire Saga.

Both inside and outside Glasgow Airport feature in the trailer as well as the Hydro.

Can you spot which Glasgow street appears twice in the Homemade trailer?
