A fire that broke up out in a tenement in Glasgow in the early hours is being treated as 'deliberate'.
We reported earlier that the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were called out to Comelypark Street in the east end of the city at around 2:30am on Monday.
A fire was found in the first floor flat of a two storey tenement, thankfully no casualties have been reported.
Now police have confirmed that the incident is being treated as 'wilful'.
Enquiries into the fire are ongoing and officers have urged those who many have information to come forward.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman told Glasgow Live : “At around 2.45am on Monday, June 20 police were called to a report of a fire at a block of flats in Comelypark Street, Glasgow.
"Enquiries are ongoing and officers are currently treating the fire as wilful."
