Glasgow taxi brawl as plant pot thrown through window in city centre incident

By Jon Brady & Ryan Carroll

A plant pot was thrown through the window of a Glasgow black cab by a yob in a city centre brawl.

The incident took place at the Buchanan Bus Station rank, off Cowcaddens Road, at around 9.30pm on Wednesday (May 11), with police now launching a probe into the incident.

An image from the scene shows flowers hanging out the window after the pot smashed through the taxi window.

Shocked locals watched on as the terrifying incident unfolded in front of their eyes, the Daily Record reports.

A witness told the Record: "A guy threw a huge plant pot containing flowers through the window of the taxi - then threw it at another driver after he tried to stop him.

"The flowers took out the window and caused a lot of damage.
