Glasgow street locked down after horror four-car crash

A Glasgow street was locked down after a dramatic crash involving four cars.

Emergency services rushed to the scene on Kilmarnock Road, Shawlands, around 10.30pm on Thursday February 7.

Pictures from the incident show what appears to be a smashed up sports car in the middle of the road, with a white Ford sitting across the pavement.

The two other vehicles involved can also be seen as police closed off the road.

It is unknown what caused the crash.

No one was seriously injured in the accident.

Police say no-body was injured in the crash but enquires are ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were called to the scene of a four-vehicle collision on Kilmarnock Road around 10.30pm on Thursday February 7 2020.

"Enquires are ongoing."
