The housing market in the area is the busiest it's ever been according to an agent, who says demand is "through the roof," with limited supply driving up flat prices.
Buyers are scrambling to buy flats in pockets such as Shawlands, Queen's Park, Battlefield and Cathcart – and many of them are selling well above the home report value.
