Thousands of people took to the streets of Glasgow today dressed as Santa to raise money for good causes .
Roads in Glasgow were awash of red and white as 8,000 runners made their way around the city for Santa Dash 2019.
Young and old battled heavy rain and strong winds to sprint around the 5k course all in the name of charity.
Since it hit the streets in 2006, Santa Dash has raised more than £350,000 and is now a firm favourite in the city's events calendar.
