Glasgow's Tenement Trail music festival goes east for 2019

Tenement Trail is taking over the east end of Glasgow for a day this autumn.

Scotland's festival for "music discovery" is back for its seventh edition on Saturday October 12 –  featuring 60 bands across 12 hours in venues such as the Barras, St Luke's and BaaD.

Last year’s sold out Tenement Trail saw bands including The Cribs, Yonaka, Man of Moon, The Van T’s, Walt Disco   and more play to incredible crowds.

The festival is famed for being ahead of the curve with acts including Lewis Capaldi, Sam Fender, The Amazons and The Big Moon all playing in recent years.

This year's lineup is yet to be announced – but there's plenty in store for music fans as organisers hope to breathe fresh energy into the annual event.

Founder Chae Houston said: “We’re absolutely buzzing to bring a fresh concept to the seventh year of TENEMENT TRAIL and have so many amazing artists already in the bag. We’re sure this year’s festival will be one of the best yet!”

Here's the event page for more updates . Stay tuned for the headliner and more artist announcements coming soon….
