Glasgow's Rob Harley glad to avoid Devin Toner this weekend in PRO14 Final

Rob Harley believes Leinster will miss Devin Toner's influence in Saturday's PRO14 final.

The versatile Harley, who can operate in the second and back rows, is happy enough to avoid the province's giant lineout director at Celtic Park.

"I think he’s probably one of the best lineout forwards in the world," said Harley. "He’s got the size and he reads the lineout very well.

"But they’ve got quality all through the side and lot of good second rows.

"It’ll maybe change what they’ll do tactically there, but it’s still going to be a massive challenge for us in that area - the quality of their maul that they’ll be trying to exploit.

"It’ll be a huge challenge for us. The advantage for us is that they have to come to Glasgow.

"We played them a few weeks ago and got a win over there, but they’ll be charged up as well. It’s the last game of the season for everyone, there are guys leaving, a charged atmosphere. We’re all excited about that."

Harley is a Partick Thistle supporter and relishing the chance to play at Celtic's home.

"t’s great to play in Glasgow," he said. "I’ve been once or twice to watch games, but I watched most of my (football) games at Firhill, where we used to play. I’ve been down to Celtic Park, it’s a great stadium and it’s excited to think of it being packed out with our supporters.

"Quite a few of my friends said we were ruining the pitch by tearing it up with the rugby studs!

"The big thing is we’re in Glasgow and we’ll pack it out with our fans, and it’s exciting that it’s going to be our home fans. And they’ll get to see us in that big game.

"The last time the final was over in Ireland (the 2015 final win over Munster in Belfast), we had huge support there, it was like a home game.

"This time it’s in Glasgow and we’re looking forward to what support we get".
