Glasgow's Paleo Canteen launch new sugar-free ice cream

The team behind Glasgow's Paleo Canteen have expanded their range with the launch of a new sugar-free ice cream.

The low carb Paleo diet is often described as the ‘caveman diet’ because of its focus on simple foods your ancient ancestors would have eaten.

And Paleo are renowned for producing dishes which are both delicious, while also being super health conscious.

We previously reported on Paleo catering for dozens of Glasgow office workers and none other than Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher at King Tut's.

And their latest venture, the 'fun younger sibling of Paleo', Scoundrel ice cream, has arrived in stores across Glasgow our city.

Meanwhile, Paleo have published a brand new cookbook, Paleo Canteen Low Carb On A Budget.

Chef Ally Houston told Glasgow Live the book "challenges a common criticism of low carb that it's an expensive, middle class diet."

You can get yourself a copy, which costs £14.99, via the Paleo Canteen website, here.
