Glasgow's King George V bridge blocked by climate protestors

Climate protestors have blocked the King George V bridge over the River Clyde at the Broomielaw.

Activist group Scientist Rebellion are behind the protest, with protestors dressed in white lab coats stood on the middle of the road holding a banner that says "climate revolution or we will lose everything".

The group also appear to have chained themselves together in a line, with police on the scene.

Police Scotland alerted to public to the blockage around 12pm this afternoon.
