Glasgow's first cashless pizza place launches next week - and they're dishing out free food to celebrate

We got you all talking last month when we revealed Glasgow's first cashless pizzeria is set to open...  bringing a slice of sourdough action to the city.

And there's sure to be even more interest around Rockvilla pizza, given the fact they're dishing out free food when they launch next Tuesday (July 23).

Located at the junction of St Georges Road, Possil Road and Garscube road, in the area historically known as Rockvilla, the new eatery will be operating from the Tower building.

They'll be serving up 24-hour proofed hybrid sourdough pizza starting from as cheap as £4.50 – with the savings on cash handling and tills passed on to foodies.

Manager Jim McLaughlin, the man behind Vespbar/Yesbar in Drury Street, said: "We're as ready as we'll ever be and we're just looking forward to opening!"

And we can't wait to sample what's on offer!
