Glasgow rum distillery to host pop-up restaurant serving seafood and cocktails

Glasgow's rum distillery is hosting a pop-up restaurant next month – and they'll be serving up Scottish seafood and cocktails.

Wester Spirit Co. is teaming up with the Undercover Dinner Society for three nights next month at their Partick distillery across the weekend June 14-16.

The six-course menu will showcase "interesting flavors from across the globe" paired with five rum cocktails. Tickets are £60 and you can get them here.

Award-winning chef John Traynor launched the Undercover Dinner Society last year, hosting pop-ups at the Drugstore Social and Mesa. He and his wife Lyndsey say their dining experience is all about "good food in relaxed surroundings."

Ben Miller, who designed the cocktail menu for Finnieston spot Nonya, will be crafting the drinks to suit each dish on the night. But you'll need to let them know whether you prefer wine and beer with your dinner ahead of time at hello@westerspirit.com.

Here's the event page on Facebook.
