Glasgow Queen Street trains disrupted to due signalling fault at Edinburgh Waverley

Trains running to and from Glasgow Queen Street Station this morning have been disrupted due to a signalling problem at Edinburgh Waverley Station.

Arrivals and departures from Waverley are being affected, leading to delays on the service.

ScotRail advised: "There’s a signalling fault at Edinburgh Waverley, which is affecting arrivals & departures from Platforms 8 – 13.

"Network Rail Scotland engineers are already on-site working to fix the fault."

"This is causing delays on our Edinburgh – Glasgow Queen St via Falkirk High, and Edinburgh – Helensburgh Central routes."

For all updates, follow ScotRail across its social media channels.

UPDATE: Engineers have fixed the signalling fault, upcoming services may still be affected.
