A west end pub is delivering full Sunday roasts to people's homes during lockdown.
The Drake is serving up the ultimate comfort classic every Sunday on its Drakeaway menu.
The meal serves two to three people and includes roast beef or roast chicken, roast potatoes, braised cabbage, cauliflower cheese, roast veg, Yorkshire puddings and homemade gravy.
The roast is £23, and you can add a bottle of house wine for £10 and two desserts for £5 each.
Not too shabby – and it means you can put your feet up rather than rushing around in the kitchen all day.
Staff are offering click and collect at limited times and deliver to postcodes G1 to G50 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Orders are taken via email to drakefunctions@gmail.com until noon on Thursdays.
