Glasgow police want to trace CCTV pair after serious attack in broad daylight

Glasgow police have appealed for help in identifying two men in connection with a serious assault in Haghill.

They have released CCTV pictures following the disturbance on Cumbernauld Road and Aberfedly Street on Sunday, September 13.

Two people were injured during the incident that occurred at 5.15pm.

The men police want to trace are both described as slim with Scottish accents

The first had a beard and is pictured wearing a black baseball cap, a hoodie with a blue torso and grey sleeves, grey jogging bottoms and dark trainers.

The second is of slim to medium build with brown hair and is pictured wearing dark clothing and white trainers.

Detective Constable Gillian Burns, of Shettleston Police Station, said: “We’re eager to trace these men as part of our enquiries and urge anyone who recognises them to contact us or Crimestoppers anonymously as soon as possible.”
