Glasgow 'pick-up artist' Addy A-Game wins bid to appeal conviction for harassing women

Glasgow 'pick-up artist' Addy A-Game has won a bid to appeal his conviction.

Adnan Ahmed, 38, was jailed for two years back in October last year and placed on the sex offenders' register for 10 years after being convicted of five charges of threatening and abusive behaviour to cause a reasonable person fear or alarm.

Ahmen of Maryhill had been accused of approaching five young women in Glasgow city centre and Uddingston between  July of 2016 and January of 2019.

The Scottish Courts and Tribunal Services confirmed to Glasgow Live that an appeal hearing has been fixed for Thursday, September 3.

Ahmed, known as ‘Addy A-Game’, had pleaded not guilty and said he did not believe his conduct was “unlawful.”

Two of those involved were teenage girls on their way to school, others were young women in Glasgow city centre.
