Glasgow nightclub appeals to person who left mobility scooter inside to come collect it

Something near to normal life has resumed in Glasgow as the city joined the rest of Scotland in moving beyond Level 0 on Monday.

That meant that nightclubs have been able to reopen their doors for the first time since the pandemic began, and as you'd expect, Glaswegians have been flocking to their favourite spots to let their hair down and shake their tooshes on the dancefloor.

But even prior to that it seems one person might have enjoyed themselves too much on a visit to Glasgow clubbing institution The Berkeley Suite in Charing Cross on Friday night for a sit down affair.

Why? Because they went up the road when the club shut leaving their mobility scooter behind at the front door.

The Berkeley Suite posted a photo of the deserted mobility scooter on their insta stories with the caption: "Lost property alert - the owner of this left it on Friday night and hasn't been in touch to claim it back.

"If you know anyone missing a mobility scooter give them a nudge please".

Here we are wondering how the person managed to get themselves home on Friday night? Perhaps they had such a good night they just levitated back to their kip.

If you know who is the owner, be sure to drop us, or The Berkeley Suite a message!
