A Glasgow Nando’s branch has announced it will reopen for delivery only, starting this week.
The Springfield Quay restaurant reopens its doors on Wednesday (May 20) following closure when lockdown was announced.
The chain branch is the latest reopening to send Glaswegians into a frenzy, with foodies queueing up (adhering to social distancing) for a slice of Paesano pizza at the weekend, as well as Burger King, Costa and Starbucks openings causing a frenzy.
The news was shared on The Quay Glasgow’s Facebook page, along with the comment: “It's been a long time without some peri-peri goodness in our lives but from this Weds you can order your Nando's faves via Deliveroo!
“Please note, it is currently delivery only service to your home so please do not visit the restaurant but sit back relax and place your order.”
The south side restaurant will be available on Deliveroo (within delivery distance) between 12pm and 9pm each day from Wednesday this week.
