A man from Glasgow has been reported missing after getting into a taxi late last night.

James Convery, 52, was last seen on Levernside Roads, Glasgow, entering a silver or grey Skoda Octavia taxi on April 5 at around 11pm.

The police have launched an urgent appeal as James' family and friends say the disappearance is "out of character".

As time goes on his family are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.
