Glasgow man dupes learner pal into wearing hi-vis vest for first night time driving lesson

A learner driver was left red faced after his friends duped him into wearing a hi-vis vest for his first night-time lesson.

More than 21,000 people have watched a video that captures the moment when a lad out for a lesson realises he has been on the end of the prank.

Denny Zekaj can be seen driving along with his pals in the hilarious footage as they try to track down the unsuspecting learner ahead of his lesson.

The Glasgow man says he previously sent texts to his victim, pretending to be a driving instructor.

In the texts, he asks him to wear a hi-vis vest for 'insurance purposes'.

He captioned the video on Twitter: "Getting bammed up tae put his high vis on for a driving lesson.”

The less-than-impressed prank victim then throws his vest off as he spots his gleeful friends drive up alongside the kerb to catch him on camera.

He can be heard shouting “No way! No way!” as he frantically removes the vest.

The 19 second clip has been liked by more than 800 people since it was posted on social media on Sunday morning.
