A Glasgow hair stylist has used his creative skills to make a touching wedding scene for his brother who had to cancel his big day due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Benjamin James, from Shawlands, used an old cardboard box to mimic the couple's wedding day had it have gone ahead.
The 31-year-old created illustrations of each of the guests, the bride and groom, waiting staff and even the couple's cat, as a gift to them on what would've been their wedding day.
Benjamin told Glasgow Live : "My brother and his fiancé should have been getting married on the 23rd so we were arranging a Zoom to celebrate with them.
"My flat mate ordered a replacement microwave which arrived on the Tuesday and so I decided I wanted to create something using the box and what I had to hand. Like a visual surprise.
"Once I started creating guests I got carried away and wanted to have a moving waiter and also I wanted to include their cat Bertie who is basically their baby.
"The wedding playlist they had made was a big inspiration. It took me about 4 nights to finish but I really loved doing it. I filmed a video using a song they had on their wedding playlist which is from Heather's favourite film, True Romance.
"My brother and his fiancé were blown away by it and it was quite emotional. We watched it together as a family over Zoom and it was really special."
He added: "I’ve always loved making characters and creating a backstory for them.
"You feel like you are bringing them to life by also creating their belongings or environment.
"Like everyone else during lockdown I speak to my family on Zoom. With my parents in Mossend, a sister in the west end, another sister in Barcelona and my brother and sister-in-law (to be) in Oxford. It really helps. "
