"I’m half Spanish and half Glaswegian, it’s a good mix. I lived in Glasgow for six months, two years ago. I came back again in March this year and I’m planning to stay here as long as I can.
"I’m from Andalusia in Spain. I grew up in a place called Jaén, which is north of Granada.
"I came to stay here two years ago, because I had a year out and I always wanted to come here and live. I’ve been coming to Glasgow all my life, because my dad is from Glasgow and his side of the family are here, my mum is Spanish.
"I’ll start studying Prop and Model Making for Film and TV, at City of Glasgow College, after the summer.
"I like the creative and aesthetic side of the film industry and I’d love to work on film sets eventually, I’m really looking forward to starting my course. I really love film and I think I’d particularly like to work on independent movies.
"I love music too. I play the double bass. I started playing when I was 8 and studied at the conservatoire in Jaén for seven years. I haven’t been able to play in Glasgow because I don’t have a double bass here, but I’ll hopefully get one.
"I’ve always been creative. A lot of people in my family are involved in arts. I draw, and I like photography a lot too.
"The Spanish film and TV scene is getting better, film streaming channels are doing a lot for both industries generally I think. A lot has changed in the last couple of years.
"I hope to stay in Glasgow for a while. I don’t want to move anytime soon. The film industry is beginning to boom here now too. I think it’s the place to be."
