And what's the very best thing about it? Pictures of your pets all dressed up in their festive finery, that's what!
Yes, Glasgow, it's hard to believe it's been 12 long months since we had a collective swatch at your fluffy pals (or not so fluffy, we do not discriminate) all decked out in the season's top trends.
But it is, so drumroll please: welcome to the launch of Santa Paws 2019 with Glasgow Live.
This is the third year of the annual celebration of all things animals at Christmas, and we've got a feeling you're going to blow us away with your entries as we prepare to head into a new decade.
We've seen rabbits in Santa hats, tinsel-laden hamsters, dogs with reindeer ears and rather a lot of grumpy looking cats wearing various costumes (something that we think their owners paid for later).
So what do you have in store for us this time round?
