Glasgow is the UFO sighting capital of Scotland.
According to a new survey, one in four people have reported a close encounter, the Daily Record reports.
The city runs a close third in the UK Norwich in first place, where the report claims 31 per cent of folk say they've seen a spaceship.
Newcastle and Birmingham came in joint second in the survey by BuzzBingo.com.
Researchers asked 2,000 adults if they had ever had an alien experience or UFO encounter and they found on average that 18 per cent of Brits believe they have had a brush with an alternate species - either sensing aliens or seeing flying saucers.
And more than a fifth of people nationwide - 22 per cent - believe there is a government conspiracy to hide outer space activity from the public.
And 41 per cent said they would like to meet an alien.
Newcastle and Birmingham came joint second after Norwich for close encounters, with 26 per cent of people from both cities believing they have seen a UFO or sensed a presence.
Glasgow came third on 25 per cent followed by Bristol in fourth place on 24 per cent.
