Glasgow guitar thieves grab £30,000 haul from music shop

Raiders nicked £30,000 worth of guitars from a city centre shop.

Police have launched a probe after the theft of acoustic and electric guitars from the outlet in Glasgow.

Officers said that the incident happened at around 10.55pm on Saturday December 12 at Strung Out Guitars in the city’s King Street.

Detective Constable Chris Stewart said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious around the time of this incident or who may be offered guitars for sale to get in touch.”
