A new walk-though covid testing centre has opened at Glasgow Green Hockey Centre.
Testing is available at the sports facility in Glasgow Green for people with covid-19 symptoms.
The centre is open seven days a week, with appointments available from 8am to 8pm.
NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde confirmed the opening this morning, and advised anyone who wishes to get tested to book via NHS Test and Protect or by calling 0800 028 2816.

The public are also advised to walk or cycle to the testing centre and avoid travelling by public transport or taxi.
The testing centre joins the walk-through testing sites already in operation in and around Glasgow at:
- Airdrie (Chapel Lane Car Park)
- Cumbernauld (Fleming House car park)
- East Kilbride (Red Deer Centre)
- Glasgow Carntyne (Cranhill Community Centre)
- Glasgow Castlemilk (Barlia Sports Complex)
- Glasgow city centre (Glasgow Caledonian ARC)
- Glasgow Dalmarnock (The Legacy Hub)
- Glasgow Drumchapel (Drumchapel Community Centre)
- Glasgow Easterhouse (Easterhouse Social Work car park)
- Glasgow Gorbals (St Francis Centre)
- Glasgow Govan (Ibrox Football Centre)
- Glasgow Pollok (Pollok Community Centre)
- Glasgow Riverside (Riverside Museum car park)
- Glasgow Springburn (7 Closeburn Street)
- Hamilton (Eddlewood Public Hall)
- Paisley (Bridge Street car park)
Across Scotland, there are a total of eight drive through sites, 42 walk-through sites and 42 mobile units, plus the Glasgow Lighthouse Lab which is working round the clock to process samples.
