Glasgow fire crews joined their fellow servicemen from across the UK in a one minute silence to pay tribute to the firefighter who died after the Jenners blaze in Edinburgh.
Barry Martin, 38, from Fife, was left in a critical condition after he fought the inferno at the former Edinburgh department store on January 23, and he sadly passed away four days later.
The heroic firefighter was the first to die in the line of duty in Scotland since Ewan Williamson, who died after fighting a blaze at the Balmoral Bar in 2009.

Scottish fire and rescue service City of Glasgow tweeted: "Firefighters across Glasgow paid tribute to Honour FF Martin today by carrying out a one minute silence on parade."
The fallen hero's funeral cortege will make it's way up the Royal Mile and eventually come to stop at the cathedral with the service beginning at 12.30pm.
MSPs are now calling for the George Cross, a medal which recognises acts of extreme bravery carried out by civillians, to be awarded to firefighter Martin posthumously.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service tweeted: "Today we joined together to observe a minute's silence to remember our friend and colleague, Firefighter Barry Martin.
"Barry died on Friday January 27 following the injuries he sustained during a large-scale fire in Edinburgh earlier that week.
"We thank our staff and colleagues from other UK fire and rescue services who joined us in marking this poignant moment today.
"On Friday, hundreds of firefighters will join Barry's family and friends in paying tribute at his funeral service at St Giles' Cathedral, Edinburgh."
