The housing market is booming at the moment with it being the perfect time to sell your home.
However when it comes to buying a new place, it may be a little trickier with prices going well above the home report making it trickier for most, especially first-time buyers.
With shows like Location, Location, Location showing just how tough the market can be out there, it's no surprise that people are looking at the best ways to sell their home and what to look out for.

According to the show hosted by Kirstie and Phil, property prices in Glasgow alone have been driven up by more than 13 per cent over the last year - this is more than the UK average of 10.2 per cent.
And thanks to the Scottish 'offers over' system, the hunt for the perfect place is made just a little harder and is something not implemented in England.
Whilst this isn't great for those looking to buy, it can be great for those selling with many of them of course looking to make a profit. And with people keen to know more about the housing market, one Scottish estate agent has listed three ways you can make your home more attractive to buyers.
Taking to TikTok, Upload Abode - also known as @uploadabode - cover property in Glasgow and are an independent, family run estate agency.
Handing out tips about how to make your home attractive this summer they recommend that people pressure wash their drive way adding "it's amazing how much of a difference it can make."
They continued: "Next up is make sure your grass is cut and all your weeding is done. Nobody wants to buy a house that's overgrown with weeds.
"Finally get your summer furniture out. You may only be able to use it five times a year but you want to sell the dream you use it all the time."
